our 
mission

the problem we are addressing centers on the lack of mental health support and awareness in asian culture. this demographic often faces immense pressure to adhere to ideals of perfection, which typically involve suppressing emotions and maintaining a facade of success and composure. the challenge is compounded by cultural stigmas against acknowledging and seeking help for mental health issues.

 

by offering a centralized, culturally sensitive, and easily accessible digital platform, including wellness calendars, we aim to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health prioritization within the asian american community.

our team

soulsync was founded by three east asian women who recognized the critical lack of mental health support and awareness within their community. we strive to provide a platform of easy access to credible resources—a platform we desire in our own personal lives
