our mission

OurMission.jpg

the problem we are addressing centers on the lack of mental health support and awareness in asian culture. this demographic often faces immense pressure to adhere to ideals of perfection, which typically involve suppressing emotions and maintaining a facade of success and composure. the challenge is compounded by cultural stigmas against acknowledging and seeking help for mental health issues.

by offering a centralized, culturally sensitive, and easily accessible digital platform, including wellness calendars, we aim to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health prioritization within the asian american community.

wellness calendars

our wellness calendars help users take control of their mental health journey by following daily, weekly, and monthly activities. users can subscribe to different wellness calendars that include a range of activities like mindfulness exercises and physical exercise.
